Ms. Snow brings over three decades of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, capital markets, and executive management. Previously, she was Global Head of Listings at Nasdaq, overseeing more than 2,500 IPOs, direct listings, spin-offs, and exchange transitions totaling over $2.5 trillion in market capitalization. Before Nasdaq, she served as Managing Director and Head of New York Equity Sales at Credit Suisse. She has also been a Board Member of Nasdaq Private Markets and an Advisory Board Member for the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence. Her expert commentary has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, CNBC, and Bloomberg. In 2024, Forbes named her among the 50/50 Most Accomplished Female Executives in Investing, and in 2023, she was recognized as an Outstanding Female Leader by the World Federation of Exchanges.
